Success Stories

One of my clients is highly active—she works out twice a day, runs daily, and pushes her body hard. Over time, she started developing knee pain, hip pain, and plantar fasciitis from training without enough recovery. During our sessions, I focused on targeted soft-tissue work and taught her how to maintain her body between workouts. I introduced her to post-workout recovery routines including mobility work, foam rolling, and proper stretching. After each session, I guided her through personalized mobility drills using wedges, foam rollers, and a mobility stick to help reinforce better movement patterns. When needed, I coached her through strengthening exercises and offered specific cues to help her perform them with proper form. She often came in with pain related to poor exercise posture, and together we corrected those patterns through corrective movement, posture coaching, and breathwork. Within a short time, her discomfort began to decrease, and she now moves with more awareness, stability, and confidence in her training.
Julio's technique is very slow and strong. It's so calming, but also able to get the spots that is hard to get. I always look forward to getting a session in with him.
