I was dealing with a terrible sciatic flare up…I was mostly bedridden for weeks bc I couldn’t stand or walk for more than a minute at a time. A client who developed 2 seromas in the hip flexor area after both hip replacement surgeries was given no remedy except to let the body metabolize it over time. It did not seem to go away. It also gave pain and discomfort. I used my medical cupping machine to do a deep lymphatic drainage and you could see the seroma decrease after each session. I also used trigger point therapy to decrease pain in the area.

I previously went to the ER due to really bad pain on the left side of my neck and head, thinking it might be a heart issue. Turns out it was a severe muscle spasm and doctor prescribed muscle relaxer and recommended getting a massage. After two sessions, the pain was completely gone. What is Recovery Week?

Your first session is at least an hour long, and you may book your 30 min follow-up session(s) within 7 days at no extra cost. Your first session is considered day one of your Recovery Week. Why? Most pain patterns cannot be corrected in a single session. This system gives your body enough repetition to actually change.

Best for chronic pain, restricted movement, or flare-ups

About Me

I’ve spent 8 years in rooms with professional athletes, post-surgical patients, and people who’ve tried everything and are running out of patience. What I’ve learned is that the body almost always tells you what it needs — if you know how to listen.

My approach is structured and specific: I assess before I treat, I track what changes session to session, and I don’t just release tension — I retrain what caused it. That combination of clinical reasoning and hands-on work is what separates a good session from a lasting outcome.

I’m licensed in Hawaii and California and have worked with NFL teams, NBA Draft prospects, and USA Rugby, as well as through international travel as a personal therapist. Whether you’re managing a chronic issue, recovering from surgery, or dealing with pain that keeps coming back — I’m interested in the pattern, not just the symptom.
